PullUp is operated by LyeKah LLC, doing business as PullUp Plans (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PullUp app, website, and related services.
By accessing or using PullUp, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PullUp.
You agree to use PullUp only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the platform.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree that all activity under your account is your responsibility.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Some features of PullUp may require a paid subscription (“PullUp Pro”).
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account
Pricing may change, and we will provide notice where required
You agree not to use PullUp to:
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Share illegal or harmful content
Upload malicious code or disrupt the service
Violate any laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.
You may create and share content within PullUp (such as plans, posts, or comments).
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and operate the service.
You retain ownership of your content.
All app content, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by LyeKah LLC.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of PullUp without permission.
Your use of PullUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
PullUp is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LyeKah LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PullUp.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of PullUp after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
